At Riffle Water LLC, we offer four charming cabins that provide the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern amenities. Each cabin is designed to help you reconnect with nature, offering comfort, privacy, and stunning views of the Conejos River and surrounding landscapes. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a peaceful retreat, our cabins cater to all types of travelers. Each unit is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including fully stocked kitchens, cozy living spaces, and modern conveniences like satellite TV and WiFi.



Our cabins are strategically located to offer the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with easy access to outdoor adventures. From the riverbanks to the forested surroundings, your cabin will be the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, memorable stay that allows you to enjoy both the beauty and the tranquility of southern Colorado.

Willow/Park Model

The Willow cabin sits right on the banks of the Conejos River, offering stunning water views and the soothing sounds of the river as your backdrop. This spacious park model cabin is perfect for families or groups, with a queen bedroom, a loft with a double bed, and additional sleeping options in the living area (including a futon and bunk beds). The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and the cozy living room provides a great space to relax after a day of outdoor activities. The cabin also includes a bathroom with a shower/bath, satellite TV, and WiFi. The Willow cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and is available for $150 per night.

Blue Spruce/Cabin

The Blue Spruce cabin is our larger riverfront cabin, ideal for families or small groups who want a bit more space to spread out. This cabin features a queen-size bedroom and a full-size loft with a queen bed. Additionally, two futon couches fold out to provide full-size beds in the living room. The Blue Spruce cabin offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower/bath. Like all of our cabins, it includes satellite TV and WiFi for added convenience. Whether you’re cooking meals in the kitchen or enjoying the views from the porch, the Blue Spruce cabin is designed for ultimate comfort. This cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and rents for $199 per night.

Juniper/Duplex

The Juniper cabin offers a great option for those looking for comfort, space, and a bit more privacy. Although it’s not directly on the riverbank, it’s just a short walk away, giving you easy access to the water. This duplex unit includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds. The large living area also features a futon that folds out into a double bed, offering plenty of sleeping space for up to 6 guests. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the cabin also features a bathroom with both a shower and a bath. With satellite TV and WiFi included, this cabin is perfect for families or friends looking for a home base for their outdoor adventures. The Juniper cabin rents for $160 per night.

Ponderosa

Our newest addition, the Ponderosa cabin, is a full log cabin that sits right on the riverbank, offering fantastic views and a peaceful atmosphere. The Ponderosa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the other is in a full-size loft. The spacious living area is perfect for gathering after a day of activities, and the fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. This cabin also offers satellite TV and WiFi to ensure you stay connected. The Ponderosa is perfect for families or groups looking for extra space, privacy, and beautiful riverfront views. It sleeps up to 6 guests and rents for $225 per night.

Cabin Policies

We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so here are a few policies to ensure that everyone has a great experience:

Pets

We understand that pets are family, so you’re welcome to bring your dog with you! We charge $25 per pet per night.

Extra Guests

There is a $10 per person per night charge for more than four guests per unit.

Minimum Stay

We require a two-night minimum stay, though one-night stays are available with a $35 additional charge to offset cleaning costs.

Fishing Access

All fishing on our property is catch and release with barbless hooks. An $80 per person, per day rod fee applies to fish on our private stretch of the river. Please book your river day at the time of cabin reservation.
