WILLOW/PARK MODEL
   Our park model cabin sits right on the bank of the Conejos River.  This cabin includes one bedroom with a queen bed, a sleeping loft with a double bed, two bunk beds in the hall and a couch that lets down to a single bed in the living room.  There is a living room, bathroom with a shower/bath and the kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave. Satellite TV & WIFI is also available.  This unit rents $150 per night. 

BLUE SPRUCE/CABIN
   Our larger cabin also sits right on the river.  This cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a full-size loft with a queen bed.  In addition, there are two fold-down futon couches that let down to full size beds.  There is a living room, bathroom with a shower/bath, completely stocked kitchen, satellite TV and WIFI.  This cabin rents for $199 per night.

JUNIPER/DUPLEX
   Our duplex unit, while not right on the river bank, is just a short walk away.  This rental has two bedrooms with a king size bed in one & two twin size beds in the other.  In addition, there is a futon couch that lets out into a double bed.  There is 1 bathroom with a shower and a bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living area.  Satellite TV and WIFI.  The rate for this unit is $160 per night.

THE PONDEROSA
Our newest unit! It is a full log cabin that sits right on the bank of the river.  The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  1 bedroom and 1 bath downstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bath in a full-size loft.  There is a fully equipped kitchen along with a large living area.  Satellite TV and WIFI is available. The rent on this unit is $225 per night.

CABIN POLICIES
Okay, we give up!! You can bring your dog. We charge $25 per pet per night. A $10 per person per night charge will be added for more than 4 people per unit. We also require a two-night minimum stay, however will allow a one-night stay that will come with a $35 additional charge to off-set cleaning expenses, etc.

FISHING POLICY
Our ranch contains approximately 30 acres with private river access.  Public water (Forest Service) is just a short walk upstream from our property. 
All fishing on our ranch is fly-fishing only, catch and release with barbless hooks.  There is an $80 per day per person rod fee to fish our private stretch of water. Our river is booked on a first come-first serve basis and river day must be booked at the time of cabin reservations.
  Fishing has always been great on the property but habitat improvement and several years of catch & release policy have led to improved catch rates and size.  There is plenty of room to enjoy the great outdoors right outside your door or you can travel a short distance up the canyon for more opportunities.

RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
During the summer there is plenty of hiking, jeep trails, ATV rentals and of course fishing.  During the winter, recreational opportunities include cross country skiing, a short drive (1 1/2 hour) to soak in the Hot Springs, or let us arrange a snowmobile tour for you.

LOCATION
​We are located at 27466 State Highway 17, Antonito, CO which is actually 12 miles west of Antonito on Highway 17.  To reach our property from Alamosa, Colorado you go south on 285 to Antonito, which is about 28 miles, then west on CO 17 about 12 miles.  To reach our place from Espanola, New Mexico, you go north on US Hwy 285 about 77 miles north to Antonito and turn left on CO 17 towards Chama.  We are about 12 miles west.  Our property is bounded by a rock pillar fence and has a sign at the entrance saying "Riffle Water"
